Publicly accessible FHIR test servers that do NOT require authentication

You’ll find lists of FHIR test servers in a variety of places, but most are not kept up to date. The servers below are all accessible right now and have been for months or even years. You’re free to run GET and POST requests against all of them.

Great for testing your code before you hit your own company’s Dev server!

But remember they’re public, so no sensitive or PII data!

Firely: https://server.fire.ly/

Incendi: https://spark.incendi.no/fhir/

Here’s a Postman collection with sample queries for each of the servers: https://vanyalabs.com/files/FHIR-Test-Servers-Sample-Requests.postman_collection.json
