Independent FHIR Architectural Assessment

If you’re mid-build or have just launched a FHIR implementation, my book gives you a framework to help make better decisions. What it doesn’t do is tell you where your specific architecture stands right now: what works well and what is likely to break later.

That’s what I’m offering.

FHIR Architectural Assessment

Three days of focused work. I review your implementation, work through the architecture with your team, and deliver a written findings document within two weeks of kickoff. Findings are ranked by consequence across the full implementation. Performance, cost, data integrity, governance, and architectural decisions that will limit your future options.

It’s independent. I have no vendor relationships and no stake in what you’ve already built.

It’s useful in a few situations. You’re post-launch and want an independent view before more decisions are made. Your team already knows something is wrong but needs external documentation to make the case internally. Or architectural decisions have been influenced by internal politics rather than technical merit and you need an external assessment that cuts through that.

A written findings document from an independent specialist carries different weight in a budget conversation or in a senior leadership discussion than an internal recommendation.

If this is relevant to where you are right now, get in touch and we’ll set up a call.
