I stumbled across a new tool for creating FHIR test data last week.
It generates US Core compliant FHIR bundles on demand, and comes with a small number of configurable options.
Outputs are FHIR R4, C-CDA and CSV.

I’ve used Synthea bundles in the past, but they’re not demo friendly as each patient name is suffixed with numeric values.
MakeData gives you the option of excluding the numerics and of choosing a US state and city for your patients and data.
Ideal for demos with a geographic leaning.
