3 years ago I was crying out for a FHIR viewing app that would just show me the data.
I couldn’t find one, so I built Vanya.
At first I added features as I needed them. Over time more devs started using it and I built features to help them work with their FHIR servers.
But right back at the start I had a vision.
I wanted to be able to run complicated FHIR search queries in Vanya and see the results in a structured and accessible way.
I wanted a FHIR data viewer that made my life as a developer easier.
A few days ago that vision was realized.
The _include and _revinclude parameters are now fully supported in Vanya. Results are displayed in a clear hierarchical grid.
No more parsing thousands of lines of JSON.
No more Postman.
In this video I walk you through running a complicated FHIR query step by step in Vanya and viewing the results.
Simple. Clear. Fast.
Vanya is free to download, works on Windows and Mac, and connects to a host of different FHIR servers.
